Real Madrid keeps the door open for Mbappe, but a lot of work is required.

Kylian Mbappe of PSG must publicly declare his devotion to Real Madrid if he wants to have any chance of making the switch to Los Merengues. Florentino Perez, the real president, and his board are still upset about Mbappe’s spectacular rebuff last summer.

According to Marca, Perez has little interest in making another attempt to sign the France star because the striker also turned him down as he was leaving AS Monaco for PSG. The door is open, but Perez is adamant that Mbappe would need to put out a significant effort in both his private and public life if he wanted to have any chance of playing for Real in the future.

In fact, Perez has already turned his attention to other strikers as they get ready for the eventual retirement of Karim Benzema.
